The dark clouds appear to be breaking up, which suggests that it may have been stormy earlier on that day. There are many parallels from this photo to the events from this week. Though, Hurricane Lowell was not kind to Kauai, in particular, the islands are pulling together to help each other. The storm left its mark, but there is hope for recovery.
