2007 Thanksgiving Options Listed Below For Reference Purposes

Looking for special events and traditional Thanksgiving meals on Oahu? Then take a look at some great events that the Waikiki area will be offering for Thanksgiving.

Thursday November 22nd (Thanksgiving Day)

  • Want to burn off some extra calories on Thanksgiving Day? Then consider running in the Turkey Trot Fun Run. It’s a 10-mile run sponsored by the Honolulu Marathon Clinic. The run registration starts at 6:30 a.m. at the intersection of Paki Avenue and Monsarrat Avenue.
  • The Hilton Hawaiian Village will be offering traditional Thanksgiving lunches and dinners at three of their restaurants with several options and price ranges from lunch through dinner.
  • The Hyatt Regency Waikiki will offer Thanksgiving meals at Terrace Grille and Hyatt on the Beach. The Terrace Grille will be serving up its Thanksgiving Day buffet from 3 to 9 p.m for $36 for adults and $18 for children 6 -12 years old. Hyatt on the Beach, will serve up an affordable three-course Thanksgiving Day meal for $12 offered from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Self and valet parking is free with a restaurant validation. Friday, November 23rd

  • The Waikiki Holiday Parade will feature over 38 marching bands and 40 vehicles. The parade starts at 7 p.m. The parade route starts at Saratoga Rd/Kalakaua Avenue. It continues to Kalakaua Ave, to Monsarrat Ave. and ends at Queen Kapiolani Park
