- Mickey Mouse could be headed to to Hawaii and building a new resort for Minnie and his friends. There are rumors that a Disney hotel could be located next to the Ihilani Resort on Oahu.
- Hotel Molokai announced renovation plans to spruce up the place with upgraded bathrooms and kitchenettes, new floors, fresh paint, and more. The improvements should be completed by December 1st, per the Star Bulletin.
- There is another $19 one-way fare sale at go! You must book your travel before midnight, October 3rd. The fare special is valid for travel through November 30th, but there are three black out dates of November 21st, 23rd, and 25th.
- I’ve recently learned about a useful site called Hawaii Stuff. This web site has lots of links and advice that the owners have built for their family and friends, but you can use it, too.

Disney and Hawaii should make a great combination. Minnie in a grass skirt doing the hula. Oh, what a Joy! I always thought Mickey was a surfer dude. Surfs up!
I can’t imagine what took them so long. Hawaii is such a romantic place that Disney should have capitalized on that a long time ago. Kids both young and old will love it.
Yet another reason to visti Hawaii.
