– In some very unusual news, a humpback whale was seen off the coast of Oahu last week. Hawaii’s humpback whale season typically runs from December-ish to April-ish. Experts don’t know whether this whale just arrived or perhaps lingered on from the previous season.
– Cool Cat Cafe was a very popular burger restaurant that was sadly burned down in the August 8th Lahaina fire. The good news is that the restaurant has recently re-opened, but it’s now located in Kihei in South Maui.
