Travel Details:
- Travel to Hawaii must occur as follows: from SFO, OAK, SJC, SMF, LAX, LGB, ONT or SAN, between 8/16/2021 and 11/16/2021;
- From LAS or PHX, between 8/2/2021 and 10/31/2021;
- From PDX or SEA, between 8/23/2021 and 11/16/2021;
- And from AUS, BOS, JFK or MCO, between 8/16/2021 and 11/16/2021
