Colors of Hawaii: Big Island Blues

This lovely photo was provided by Big Island resident Jerry Sullivan who blogs at The Right Blue. Jerry tells me that this “real right blue” photo was taken from his desk at his house at his house. Okay, deep breaths everyone! Let’s try not to get too jealous.

Gee, that view sure looks familiar!
Honestly, that was my first thought when the Go Visit Hawaii feed loaded in my reader awhile ago. Naughty Jerry neglected to tell me that he had submitted a photo for your color theme project.
Well, I can confirm that it is indeed the view he sees out the window beside his desk. And in case you are wondering, the view from my desk is identical.

Hi Sheila, No, no trouble for me. Thanks for the kind words and for linking to the right blue. I really got a kick out of seeing “my view” come up in my reader. What other colors do you need to fill out your series? red yellow and orange come to mind….thanks, jerry

As for other colors, we don’t have a true yellow or a true red, just yet, but any color you’d like to submit would be welcomed!
