Big Santa certainly earns his big description. He stands at 50 feet (roughly 15 meters) in height and is constructed from 2,500 square feet of fiberglass and nearly 2,000 pounds of resin.
Big Santa is more than just a decoration, he’s a Honolulu holiday tradition. This cheerful figure has welcomed residents and visitors for more than 60 years.
When you visit Honolulu during the holiday season, you can see Big Santa along Ala Moana Boulevard. He stands above the center’s Makai Parking Deck.
