For Pearl Harbor Remembrance Day

Today is the day we remember and honor the brave US veterans who were attacked on Oahu on December 7, 1941. The surprise attack on Pearl Harbor took more than 2,400 American lives.

The photo above is of the USS Arizona Memorial. The white memorial structure hovers above the sunken USS Arizona. The sunken battleship serves as the final resting place for most of the ships 1,177 crewmen. To all our service men and women who were there that day, I say thank you with a sincere and somber heart.
