The Star Bulletin provides the scoop a really unique canoe sailing tour from Maui. It’s a $99 eco tour on an outrigger canoe offered by Hawaii Sailing Canoe Adventure. You can snorkel with sea turtles, manta rays, and dolphins. During whale season (December – May) you’re likely to get a good glimpse of humpback whale activity. I hope to check out this tour the next time I’m in Maui.

The Hawaii Superferry was due to re-launch Maui/Oahu service on December 1st, but service will be delayed again until December 6th. If you have tickets for December 1st through 5th, you can contact the Hawaii Superferry for a refund.
