For those of you planning a vacation at Kaanapali Beach in Maui, you may want to consider the Royal Lahaina Resort.  According to a LA Times travel deals blog, the resort has completed a $30 million remodel and to show off their renovations, they are offering a free upgrade from a terrace view room to an ocean view room.  This upgrade is valid until June 7th, 2007.  For more details about this offer and others, click here. 

The hotel’s website says that the remodel includes “all new luxurious Island-inspired guestrooms complete with rich, teak custom furnishings, plush bedding with 330-thread count Egyptian cotton linens, 32â€? high-definition flat-screen television, sound system with MP3 ports, high speed Internet access, cordless phone, air-conditioning, refrigerator and in-room electronic safe.”
