Take me there Tuesday: Pipiwai Trail, Maui

Waimoku Falls

Driving Maui’s delightful road to Hana¬†(and beyond) can be an action packed day. With so much to see and do, it’s challenging to budget your time, but if you are up for a hike, the Pipiwai Trail is one that’s worth your time. (Allow between 2 to 2.5 hours to complete this 4-mile hike.)

The trail goes past banyan trees, a lovely bamboo forest and streams, but the ultimate reward for this hike is seeing the 400-foot Waimoku Waterfall.
