Happy Aloha Friday and mahalo to Deborah Kirkland for sharing this neat Aloha Friday Photo. Here’s what Deborah shared about this memory,
“I visited in 2014. It was the most amazing trip I’ve ever been on. Hawaii was absolutely beautiful. Everything I dreamed it would be – the weather, the people, the scenery. I took this picture of the sunset on the beach outside our hotel the Hawaiian Village. I can’t wait for any opportunity to go back!”
“I can’t wait to go back” is a common refrain that many of us can relate to. The colorful landscapes, the fragrant scent of tropical flowers, the cheerful birdsongs, the sounds of gentle tradewinds moving through the palm branches, and the warmth of the Aloha spirit all linger in our memories long after we’ve returned home.
When I first visited Hawaii, back in the early 2000s, I went with the expectation that it was going to be a one-and-done trip. Little did I know that it would change my career path to become a Hawaii travel advice writer.
How has Hawaii affected you?
