what about Texas travelers to Hilo ? we have reservations for august 23 planning to go to my nephews home . for the 14 days we will be there.

  A 14-day quarantine is required for all trans-Pacific travelers arriving in Hawaii through at least August. Unfortunately, you will have to quarantine.
