Maui Dreams Dive Co. also hosts an Underwater Easter Egg Hunt the weekend before Easter which is loads of fun and lots of great prizes. You can even have your picture taken underwater with the "Easter Bunny." I don't know how far in advance you plan your posts, but just thought I'd mention it.
