Chris Barnett has written this review of Hawaiian Airlines. Overall, it sounds like he had an excellent experience. Though the review is written primarily from a business traveler’s perspective, I think it is still very applicable for the vacation traveler.

From the US, they fly from Seattle, Portland, Sacramento, San Francisco, San Jose, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, San Deigo, and Phoenix. International destinations are from Sydney, Papeete, and Pago Pago.
