. Here’s what Lori tells us about this photo:My husband and I visited Molokai in January for my 50th birthday. This photo is of Halawa Valley. Our favorite place to be on the island. The one lane road to get there is quite harrowing with all its switchbacks and hills, but as you can tell the scenery is amazing.

Lori is correct — that drive is super narrow in places, but also very scenic. Many people compare the beautiful drive to Halawa Valley as Molokai’s version of Maui’s road to Hana.
