Aloha Friday Photo: Oahu’s Hanauma Bay

Mahalo to Rochelle Rebello for sending this beautiful panoramic shot of Hanauma Bay on Oahu — one of Hawaii’s most popular snorkeling spots. I love how Rochelle’s shot captures this expanse of warm golden sand, clear blue water and the reefs all naturally sheltered by the bay.

Rochelle and her husband traveled all the way from Mumbai, India to visit Hawaii. Did they find the visit worth the distance and effort? I didn’t directly ask that question in our email conversation, but I believe Rochelle answers that question with these words:

Hawaii is a special and magical place and I have taken with me memories I will cherish for a lifetime.

Those are words that I love to hear — especially since Rochelle indicated that Go Visit Hawaii was an integral part to their Hawaii trip planning.

Mahalo again to Rochelle for sharing her photo.

Happy Aloha Friday!
