This raw video is just amazing. The lava is spattering higher than the trees. One of the most wow-points for me in the video, was seeing the lava cascade down a cliff like it was a fast-moving waterfall. Whoa!

We just returned from the Big Island and did a great walking tour to the active lava on the pali outside of Kalapana with local Hawaiians. It was amazing to walk out to the current flow and watch the lava ooze at sunset. I'd highly recommend it if anyone is interested. Amazing how fast things change there, we were just there last week and now there is a new fissure!
