Kauai’s Fern Grotto is Making a Come Back

Kauai’s Fern Grotto, a popular scenic spot up the Wailua River, was shutdown in 2006 after flooding and the danger of rock falls.  The area is partially open now, but plans are in place to have it completely restored by the summer.

Click here to see an example of a tour that you can take to this fern filled natural amplitheater.
