Kauai’s Indispensable Beach Guide

Wow! I am blown away by the wealth of information on www.kauaiexplorer.com. On this site you can learn about various beaches, how to access them, the facilites offered, and the best activities to do on them. With the interactive map and nice photos, it is really like taking a virtual tour of the top beaches in Kauai. You can determine where the top snorkeling spots are, what beaches are more secluded, what beaches are best for swimming, where to bring your surf board, and where to watch sunrise and sunset as well as many other beach activities.

This website provides useful information on how to snorkel and how to surf as well as excellent beach safety information. You can find the current conditions and the surf forecast across the various beaches. You can learn about the ocean wildlife in Kauai and beach preservation.

Mucho kudos to www.kauaiexplorer.com. This site is very well done!

  • KauaiExplorer.com rocks. My kids liked the flybys on a couple for their trail pages. Great pictures of the beaches and really good safety info (my wife liked that). We will be back to Kauai again, hopefully sooner rather than later.
