  1. We first visited the Hawaiian islands in 2011 for a jam packed 17 day/4 island trip! Now it’s in our blood and we need to get back to Maui to drive the Road to Hana and go to the top of Mount Haleakala! Every day is a gift and we need to spend more of them on the islands!!! Looking at them “hanging on our fridge” would be a good way to experience them each day until we can get back there in early 2019!

  2. Hawaii was on the list for 2017 but stuff, lots of stuff, happened, but it’s back on for 2018!

  3. Visiting my family in Maui with our new baby this winter! Also envious of the big birthday trip I’m helping plan for a good friend- it’s her first time to Maui. I’m trying to make sure she doesn’t miss anything.

  18. I had been there several times in the past and always promised my kids that one day I would save enough and take them, well after 5 yrs of saving I was able to take them this past November 2017, and it completely exceeded their expectations! From the moment we got off the plane, it was a complete adventure!
From the drive to all the local beaches to getting caught up in rain storms while walking thru the shops, this will be an adventure that will always be remembered! To see Oahu, Hawaii thru my kid’s eyes was more priceless to me than anything expected. We plan on another trip in the next 6-12 months, Hawaii is the only vacation spot for me !~

  19. I was a winner of this last year and the calendar is beautiful. Good luck to all who enter.
As beautiful as the calendar is, nothing is as special as actually visiting the islands. Each island has its own personality. We spent almost a month in 2017 for our 5th trip to the islands. Last year we visited Oahu, Maui, The Big Island, Kauai, and Molokai(Fr. Damien Nat’l park for the 2nd time). We visited Lanai on a past trip. Our 50th state is truly a treasure and hope to be able to return again soon. May all of you enjoy your visits being your 1st or your 50th. Carol
