• San Jose, San Francisco and Oakland to “All Islands” -  $318 roundtrip plus taxes and fees on Hawaiian
• Los Angeles to “All Islands” – $338 roundtrip plus taxes and fees on Hawaiian
• Chicago to Honolulu -  $421 roundtrip including taxes on American
• Dallas to Honolulu – $418 roundtrip including taxes on United
