Chris Barnett has written this review of Hawaiian Airlines.  Overall, it sounds like he had an excellent experience.  Though the review is written primarily from a business traveler’s perspective, I think it is still very applicable for the vacation traveler. 

You may recall this post regarding Hawaiian Airlines earning the top spot in the Airline Quality Report.  When considering how you are going to get to Hawaii, it seems like you would be wise to consider Hawaiian Airlines.  From the US, they fly from Seattle, Portland, Sacramento, San Francisco, San Jose, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, San Deigo, and Phoenix.  International destinations are from Sydney, Papeete, and Pago Pago.
